Welcome to Channelmark Pools

We help Cape Coral homeowners design and build custom pools, spas, and outdoor living spaces they'll enjoy for decades, without the stress of managing the project themselves. Most homeowners run into the same set of problems:

  • Builders who never show up for the consultation, or stop returning calls once the deposit clears
  • Juggling separate contractors for the pool, cage, pavers, electrical, and landscaping
  • Being told their yard is too small, too hard to reach, or that their trees have to go
  • Surprise costs and delays that drag the project out for months
  • Cheap equipment that needs constant repairs after the first season

For over 52 years, Mark Harden and the Channelmark team have solved these problems for homeowners across Southwest Florida. As a licensed pool contractor (CPC 1460369), we handle every detail from design to final inspection, take on the challenging sites other builders turn down, and install Pentair equipment and automation on every build.
